Groupon took my money

I bought pots from Groupon for R999, for which i paid using EFT. After a number of weeks having not received my pots, i sent an email to groupon to ask why i had'nt received my pots. They then came back to me and said i didn"t send proof of payment to them via fax. But they gave me a reference in the order, which normally should prove that i have paid.

I was then told i couldn"t get my pots since the special had passed. then i had to send a different email requesting a refund. I was then refunded the amount of R799. Then i sent emails requesting my 200. since year 2011, i still have not received my money.

i feel crooked by their action and i hope they don't treat other people this way. This was atrocious. How can such a big company R200 from an individual. I started to think that maybe one of their staff members took my money.
