I ordered a mattress and paid R3590 on 03/04/13. They sent me a voucher on 03/04/13 which I forwarded to the supplier. On 08/04/13 Mymoena from Groupon, sends an email requesting a copy of the front and back of my credit card, or my bank stmt. stating "Failure to do so may lead to the credit card been blocked and a reversal of the transactions". I phone their call centre and sit in a queque for 17 mins to be told that the lady cant help me and can only tell Mymoena that I am not prepared to give her copies of my credit card. I said that won't solve the problem, so how do I get hold of Mymoena - she says to reply via email. I do so - and just keep getting automated replies saying my query has been updated!! Mymoena will not reply to me. I cannot get the status of the order either as the website says my address & password don't match. So I changed my password twice, used the link they sent to enter - still says doesn't match! Is the whole thing just a?
