I paid for my 'purchase' via EFT & a day after receiving 'confirmation' of my order, received an email advising me that I am required to send a copy of my credit card via email. I responded & copied the original email address, that it appeared to be spam & I have no intention of supplying that. I have had no responses to any of my queries, even to my comments on the survey saying I suspected spam. I received a mail 'reminding' me to submit documentation or my order would be cancelled & funds returned. I responded the same as before & confirmed that they must return my money. Today I can't even access the site. I phoned the customer care & the agent said she would speak to Mymoena about refunding my R3799. I eagerly await a refund due to breach of contract!
