No delivery after 3.5months, and no refund/credit

Purchased Groupon deal: "An Air-O-Space 5-in-1 sofa bed, including delivery" Voucher code 00100952CO.
Paid via Credit Card on 10/12/12. Estimated delivery "up to 4 weeks".
I have all email correspondance, summarised below:

*8 Feb 13: Queried non delivery - given reference(#681040) ReceiveD response from "Tammy" Groupon SA saying Groupon will get feedback from supplier.
*22 Feb 13: emailed (support [Email Removed] requesting where the item is? No response

*27 Feb 13: Sent email again to [Email Removed] now threatening to report to Hellopeter if not resolved or even contacted. - Given new reference (#701664)

*1 March 13, received email from "Laura" Groupon Refunds Team, updated reference (#701665) saying "Your request for a refund has been escalated to us. Kindly advise if we can go ahead and credit your Groupon account with the total amount owing." I replied "Thank you, a credit will be much appreciated."

*15 March 2013, emailed Laura (replied to email address) querying credit - no reply

*28 March, sent another email, given ref(#728877)... To date, I've received no credit, 3.5mo later!
I would like my credit to my credit card, and a sincere apology.
