On Monday, 13 May 2013, I contacted SAA in order to change flight details for 2 family members. The tickets were bought in January 2013. After the agent informed me that she is going to email me documentation which I must complete, along with copies of our Credit Card (front & back) which I must submit in order to have the flights changed to a different date.

24 Hours later I called SAA Customer Service again and requested that the documents be forwarded to me as I have not yet received the promised email.

Upon receipt of the emailed documentation (15/05/2013), I completed the said documentation and forwarded it along with the Credit Card details as well as copy of ID document to SAA in order for the agent to deduct R1, 980.00 off our credit card (this total is R990 for 2 passengers).
On 15 May 2013, I received confirmation that someone is using our credit card to purchase items online through PayPal. I don't even have a PayPal account!
To date over R10, 000.00 has been "spent" on our credit card!

Luckily ABSA Bank has been able to reverse these transactions, however NO apology from SAA to date... Still waiting on their Complaints Dept to reply on my email sent to them...
