I am sick and tired of Groupon. On 18 Feburary I placed an order for 3 items with groupon and paid via my Debit Cheque card. Then on 19 Feb an email came through requesting proof of banking and copy of ID by that friday. I was away from internet connection at the time. When i finally saw my emails it was already a week 2 days later. Then on 22 Feb i sent an email to this Mymoena informing her that i am seeing the email after the deadline. No one called me or sent an sms or nothing. Then she responds saying I can still submit them. I call Groupon and the agent has no idea what I am talking about. On 8 March I sent ALL the proof they needed. This was confirmed by three call centre agents. Today a week later and three weeks after I have paid, four phone calls to Groupon promising to rectify this and get back to me I am still waiting. Can groupon PLEASE refund me if they suspect illegal activity on my account and I will be sure to stay away from such a company with such abhorrent service. I am so dissapointed and very very angry!
