TOOK PAYMENT TWICE BUT WON'T REFUND

On 30 January 2013 I made a purchase, but my credit card was debited with the transaction twice. All I want is a refund back into my credit card for the extra deduction. Mymoena sent me an e-mail asking if I wanted to cancel the transaction. She did not read my request properly. All my subsequent e-mails (four in total) are ignored, and they have made no attempt to refund me.
