Goods paid for but no delivery and no explanation

I purchased a product on Groupon's website - product to be supplied by Groupon themselves; not a secondary vendor. I paid per Credit Card, received proof of purchase and product voucher. Date of purchase: 01/09/2013, Product: 2 x Foldable Laptop Tables, R399. The voucher states that the product will be delivered in 1 week. On the 24th of Sept I forwarded a query to support@groupon ref:(Ticket#54575) regarding non-delivery and received a response on Sept 25 stating their sorry, they are working on this; then on the 2nd of Oct a reply again that they are still in process to follow up on my query. Groupon states in their reply: "We haven't found a solution to your case yet, but we hope to have something for you very soon".

In the meantime they have my money and I have no product; I would think it is very simple to follow-up on my query - either they deliver in a week the product bought as per their fine print OR debit the clients credit card if they do not have a product to deliver.
