In 2012 I bought 2 vouchers for Beauty we go. I wanted to use them in March and I could not get hold of Beaty we go (i TRIED numerous times). I sent an email to Groupon to request a refund as I was having no luck. After numerous phonecalls & emails they advise me that the refund has been process. Unfortunately I realised that the refund was made into my old credit card. I requested they do the refund into my new credit card last week Thursday. Today I receive an email advising me they require a bank letter!! If the refund was ever made into my old credit card their money would have been rejected. I have not received any phone calls or an email with proper explenations! They assumed that credit card was still in use without checking with me. Now it is a problem? It isn't a lot of money to Groupon but to me it is! I bought the vouchers hoping to treat myself at the special price but now it has caused me nothing but stress to get my own money back. THEIR call centre is shocking as you wait for 20 minutes only to be cut off!!! And you wait that long everytime you phone!! This issue is going on for 3 weeks!!
