1 month wait for refund

On the 27th May 2013 I attempted to purhase the Ster-Kinekor vouchers on offer at Groupon. While purchasing an error appeared on the screen asking me to cancel or retry. With this I clicked retry. Not knowing the purchase would go through 8 times on my credit card. I contacted groupon informing them of my case and requested for a refund. They informed me that my credit card would be credited for the amount of the unwanted vouchers that was put through on my credit card. I then waited 4 days for my credit card to be credited but nothing went through. I have spent numerous days contacted them speaking to accounts department, managers and agents. After 2 weeks they have informed me that the bank will not release my funds to my credit card and the refund will be released to my banking account. Up until today the refund has not reflected in my banking account or my credit card. I am appauled by the service received. When contacting them via telephone email no one is available. I have spent endless amounts of time during working hours trying to resolve this issue.
