NO FEEDBACK NO REFUND!!

Made the biggest mistake ever, I bought 8 Sara Spa Vouchers who (Sara) turned out to be very Dodgy, she Disappeared into thin air, not contactable and not responding to emails. I called groupon on 08 Jan 2013 after holding for 50 minutes for Groupon call center they too confirmed that she was not contactable and offered me a refund or wait for feedback as they were investigating her. Obviously I opted for a Refund, Shameez advised me that it will take 3-4 working days to refund and also sent an email as confirmation for refund request, i followed up yesterday after checking my account and my refund is still not there, sent an email still no feedback... and today i still dont have my refund!
This is plain and Simple... I WANT MY MONEY TODAY!
