Still No Refund - Shocking Service

I made a transfer for a deal with Mitchells according to Groupon's instructions. The Ref was correct, the amount was correct and I paid in the specific number of days but apparently according to them, I did something wrong as I did not qualify for the deal. I communicated with Groupon, their feedback was slow and exceptionally unhelpful. They suggested I send my banking details for a refund, which I did and I received an email from them on the 14th of March saying they have received my request for a refund but to date, I have not received a refund or any further communication. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a call center and the most disgusting service... It's basic business and customer service and they cannot get it right - its really not rocket science. I want my money back!!! I will never ever use Groupon again or ever reccomend them. I cannot even respond to the email they sent me as that will apparently cancel my request for the refund.
