Faulty product received, no response from Groupon

I logged a support ticket (Request #715004) at Groupon support about a faulty product I received and would like to return. This was on 11 March. On 20 March I receive an automated email asking me "How would you rate the support you received? ", with the ticket being closed without any human response. I reply again asking about the refund. This is now 3 weeks since my original request, and I still haven't received ANY human response.

A faulty product I can understand, but no response from customer support in 3 weeks is unacceptable.
