No REFUND for Holiday that i never took

I booked a holiday for my husband and I for a 1 night stay for two at Silver Streams hotel through Groupon. After numerous attempts to the hotel to make a booking - I did not get any joy. They were always fully booked and no one wanted to give us a date for when we could come. I ended up calling Groupon call center to request a refund. I was send an email on the 20 March to tell me that they had received my request and come back to me. 2 months later I still am waiting for feedback and my money. I will never buy anything from Groupon again.
