WHERE IS MY REFUND?

I bought a Groupon voucher for a hair salon. When I phoned to book, I was told the deal had been cancelled almost immediately after it closed due to a Groupon error. And yet... Groupon never contacted me to let me know it had been cancelled and arrange the refund. Were they hoping I would forget to book, so they could score my money? I have logged a request for a refund and the website message informed me I would be contacted within 24-hours. I never was. I had to log another request. I then got an email from Cheryl Nhlumayo that instructed me NOT to respond to the email and 'Should your refund be processed you will receive a confirmation e-mail. ' I've heard nothing since. There are no contact details on the email. Nice one, Groupon! You seem to be a shady, unethical business with no customer service.
