Again I am dissatisfied customer of Groupon SA. I purchased Online with groupon and requested refund as per 'buggy park' unable to take bookings for the deal purchased as they have closed down until further notice. I have logged emails since the 9th of May. The request for refund was approved on the 13th of May and have waited for 5 working days for the refund to reflect - no refund received. I have made a followed up with Chantal Norman to provide appropriate feedback and i have received none. Please refer to all email sent, ref # 21175415.
