I ordered a bracelet and earrings on Groupon Online for R400.Made deposit and apparently I entered an 'incorrect' ref number a zero insted of Ow. I waited for 2 weeks once i called they said the deal is off and i cant get the item. They promised to refund me once i send my banking details, which i did. A week after they send me a mail stating that they request proof payment which i did.then say they havent found a solution to my query. I called then now thye said the ref number i put was incorect. Good Lord thats the reason I'm beinf refunded now. How the am i gonna get the correct ref number if i put the incorrect one in the 1st place. Groupon are and concluded not wanting to refund me. Please Help
