SIMPLE REFUND MATTER NOT DEALT WITH

A deal was cancelled and on the 7th of January 2013 I was promised a refund within 3-5 days. Not sure if it's doggy days but it's even getting a bit long for that now. I've sent the voucher and now all of a sudden they tell me they have refunded me but they send me a proof of refund for a different amount and a different person and deal. Maybe someone that understands how a refund works at groupon can go review the ridiculously stupid replies that I've received of late about the refund. All I'm interested in is my R800 refund. My reference at groupon is 641714. I don't know what else to do as Groupon staff can't deal with this through their own channels. Also I received a request to submit all my credit card statements from date of deal (August 2012) till now. Are they STUPID, CRAZY or what? On the 21st of January they said there was a problem with the refunds but today they want to tell me they've refunded me on the 7th of January. Without any proof obviously. Please help I'm getting a bit frustrated now. I won't be buying any more deals if this is their level of customer service.
