5 Months and no delivery and NO money!!!

I am sick of all the empty promises from Groupon. Almost 5 months ago I ordered 2 Glam Air Brush Kits (R1000 each) and the Xbox controller Combo (R779)
Till this date I've not received my products, the service of Groupon has been utterly disgraceful.
On 1 March 2013 I received a mail from Vuyo: "Unfortunately your orders were not properly redeemed, thus were do not have any other choice that to issue you with a full refund"
Then on the same day I received the following from Laura: "Kindly advise if we can go ahead and credit your Groupon account with the total amount owing. You will be able to be used at any time, towards any future deals on our website? "
I responded that I will not accept "Groupon Credit" and I want my money back. It's been 5 months!!! Do they really think I will buy from Groupon again?
NEVER! Groupon must close down!!! All Groupon does thesedays - don't deliver, make empty promises, falsely advertise and the public's money!
When you mail, they seldom respond, when you post on Hellopeter they send you a useless mail and still no delivery and no money. One can't even get through to the Head office, line is ALWAYS engaged.
What ells are we to do?
