Still trying to get my refund after one month

I bought a microlight flip from a supplier who did not answer their phones. Long and short of it Groupon agreed to credit my account on the 5th of last month. First reference was #729760 and second reference number: #709120. I waited in anticipation of the credit which did not happen. As this was a gift from my wife she used somebody else s Groupon account. Anyway I explain that my account should be credited and it was confirmed via email from Groupon that I must get the credit. After three weeks of nothing happened I decided to waste a half hour on the phone trying to see what happened. Well as expected the wrong account was credited. My time wasted on Monday was to Nerice Heyburgh who said as soon as we finish this conversation she would send me a email for my banking details. I confirmed the email address but have not received anything to date again. This leads me to believe that Groupon has no intention of refunding anyone for their purchases. Got very excited that it was sorted, but alas nothing happened.
