Purchased yet another groupon voucher against my better judgement. Phoned to make an appt with the supplier and yet again they were unable to accomodate because Groupon had oversold their vouchers.
I requested a refund on the 18th of March and I have contacted Groupon via their helpdesk and telephonically. I am still waiting. This is tantamount to and people should think twice before buying any groupon vouchers. I use all the group buying websites and dont have this problem with any other company.
They never even compensate you for your aggrevation!!! WAKE UP GROUPON you are starting to get a very bad reputation in the market
