On 18 December 2012 I placed an order for an icecream machine. On 19 December I emailed them requesting delivery in January and not before due to going on leave. On 30 Jan - no delivery, I emailed for a status, no response. 7 Feb I emailed again, told they would get back to me. 13 Feb I emailed again requesting a credit as I no longer wanted this product. 14 Feb I had a response saying they were doing their best to deliver. 26 Feb I emailed again for an update - no response. 1 Mar I emailed again requesting credit and a reply came back saying I would have a credit within 5-7 working days. I had also called their call centre and was told I would now get a credit. 8 Mar I emailed chasing my credit - no response. 11 March - again I emailed, no response. 15 March - same story. 19 March - I tried yet again - received response to say that I would receive my refund within 3-5 days. I have yet to hear anything further. They even sent me an email asking to rate their service and they scored horrendously - I have received no follow up. This is appalling customer service. I have had no apology, no courtesy call or follow up - they really don't care.
