No delivery, no apology, no service!

On 3 December 2012, I ordered and paid for a Swivel Organiser from Groupon. I waited all of December for delivery which just did not come.
I emailed Customer Service on 2 January 2013 to ask about delivery. I not receive any feedback or a reply. I received an automated message on 9 January 2013 asking me to rate the feedback I received. I replied by saying that I had no contact with Customer Service. Still no reply.
I emailed Customer Service today and received a reply within half an hour. I stated my complaint and asked for delivery and in the event that they cannot, I would like a refund. The reply I received had no apology for the lack of service, nor did they try to send out my product to me. The lady did an immediate credit to my account and did not bother to address my delivery issue. I replied asking why it was so difficult to deliver my product and then asked for a proper cash refund. She replied without an apology again and no address to my delivery issue. They have apparently put the money back into my account.
I'm appalled by this level of service and would advise everyone to stay away from Groupon. You won't receive your product nor will you receive any help from them
