Trying to get cover for a year. Not interested

In November last 2012, I applied for cover with Discovery. They responded and told me the app was incomplete. I sent in the full application and didn't hear from them for a week. I emailed them again asking what was happening as I'd rather apply with someone else who is interested. They called me and "completed" the application. It was a lovely gentlemen who helped a lot and said someone would be in touch with me as we've just completed the application. Obviously that was to confirm it has been approved? I had NEVER heard from them again. It's a lengthily process as you will know, applying for cover. Forms are rather involved too. I wanted to be with discovery for all the benefits. Vitality etc. I emailed them plenty times asking for an update. All I received was an automated response. I obviously gave up until April I emailed again. An automated response. I emailed again in May requesting someone to contact me ASAP. NO response. I have tried over and over again. Until now when I've found out I'm pregnant and can't be covered. I then got a response from discovery tellin me it's MY job to follow up? I tried. Customer service is terrible. I have all emails as proof. Absolutely enraged
