A complaint was submitted to the HPCSA against a psychologist for unethical conduct, and we have been requesting the official response by the psychologist over 8 times; emailed 05 July, 19 Sep - called and followed up with an email, 15 Oct - visited HPCSA offices and followed with an email, 28 Oct - emailed, 22 Nov emailed, 28 Nov - called and emailed. During the visit to the offices on 15 October 2013 I was told they could not find the file. After no response from Mr Mdingi, I then emailed "Service Delivery" on 04 Dec, 13 Dec and 08 Jan and have yet to receive a response from the HPCSA or their so called Service Delivery team. The lack of response is appalling and the time delays to conclude matters indicate a level incompetence in delivering a professional service to the public.
