, excuses and not receiving my refund

I purchased a Samsung s4mini on the 17 th December 2013 from groupon & had confirmation of my purchase and payment received by groupon on the 19 th December 2013 with the fine print stating that delivery should happen within one week, to date I still have not received the phone!! I considered that because of fesitive season there could be a delay so on the 3rd January 2014 I emailed them to ask where the phone is with no response then I emailed again on the 4th January 2014 and got a response saying that they were sorry for delay & delivery will start from the 6th January 2014, after no phone was received and no communication from groupon I continued to email and call and was just thanked for my patience etc.. When I called in on the 16th January 2014, Iwas assured that shipment was going out on the 17th January 2014, well this too was a huge as still I received nothing! After numerous emails I was eventually told that there was going to be no delivery because there was no stock and I would receive my full refund, I have repeatedly emailed to find out where my refund is and demanded to know the exact date I will receive refund and they keep delaying! I still havent been refunded!
