Poor service at Le Farm Lodge & Spa

We bought a deal on Groupon, to the value of R 14670.00 for a full day VIP Spa package and overnight accomodation at Le Farm Lodge, Timsrand Centurion. We paid R 4500.00 for the deal.
The deal included 6 treatments, snacks and drinks, dinner and breakfast.

Herewith my utmost dissatisfaction with the abovementioned deal.

On Saturday 23 March 2013, me and my friends attended the Le Farm lodge,
to induldge in the VIP Spa treatments and the accomodation for the night
that was included in the deal,
as advertised on the Groupon website and included in the deal.

The people at the Lodge was not very helpfull, nor were they professional
in any way.
The service was poor.
We received no drinks, no food and no VIP traetment.

The manicure, pedicure and full body massage was not done by qualified
therapist.

The body wrap and the Indian head massage was not even done at all.

The duration of the whole package was 2 hours, but a six hour treatment was
advertised.

The rooms we slept in was dirty and unpleasant.

The manager was unwilling to assist us in any way, with regards to the
prog
