On the 14th of March 2013 I emailed Groupon to find out what happened with my order for a Sony Walkman for R799. I found out that the deal had never gone through due to a lack of buyers. This was 2 weeks after I had purchased the deal. In those 2 weeks, Groupon failed to inform me about the collapsed deal and that I would require a refund!! The lady (Lindo) informed me that I would receive my EFT refund asap. I emailed Groupon a second time (18/03/2013) and have still not received my refund!! :-(
