Automated response, no delivery and now no refund!

This is a long story, but I will shorten it since this is my 3RD Hello Peter complaint! I ordered the scrapbooking kit on 6 November last year. I followed up numerous times and was told in December they were having trouble with the courier. I was told it would be delivered in January.By 24.01.13 I was told I would receive the order by 01.02.13. On 01.02.13 when I still hadn't heard anything I phoned and was told they were having trouble with the supplier and I would never receive this item, so I requested a refund. On 07.02.13 when I emailed to enquire about the refund I got an automated response to say I must allow 5-7 working days for the refund to be processed. On 13.02.13 I emailed to enquire from what date the 5-7 working days is calculated and again got an automated response to say it has been reversed and to now allow 3-5 working days for it to reflect. On 15.02.13 I again emailed to enquire from what date this is calculated and to date have had no response. This is now 11 working days from my original request. This is shocking! I am so disgusted with Groupon and will probably never every buy or recommend this service again! This is going on 4 months since purchase.
