NO REFUND RECEIVED

I bought a tablet pc on the 30th January 2013, didn't receive it in the 4weeks that they said I would receive it by, phone and complained, I was told to wait until following Friday, I received nothing on that Friday, I called again I was told to wait 2weeks, I asked for refund and they told me someone would be phoning me regarding that, instead they just sent an email to say someone will be phoning me, it has now been over a week still nothing... I am not happy at all as I paid more than R2000 for it.
