I bought a tablet pc on the 30th January 2013, didn't receive it in the 4weeks that they said I would receive it by, phoned and complained, I was told to wait until the following Friday, I received nothing on that Friday, I called again I was told to wait 2weeks, I asked for refund and they told me someone would be phoning me regarding that, instead they just sent an email to say someone will be phoning me, it has now been over a week still nothing. I got someone to lay a complaint this morning, Shouneez Williams advised they can't get hold of her over the phone and emailed her instead to ask for contact details, that was immediately provided but still no contact. I am not happy at all as I paid more than R2000 for it.
