Returned broken goods and still no refund

I bought a Bluetooth key pad for an iPad from Groupon in October, It was eventually delivered after about 2-3 months. The keys then started breaking and falling off. I then phoned and Groupon sent their courier company to collect the key pad from me. It was collected on the 13/02/2013 and to date, i have not had any further communication from Groupon and no refund. I have sent e-mails to find out what is happening and still have not had a reply. This is not the first time I have had really shocking service from Groupon. I would love my refund in cash and not as a credit. If you are thinking of buying anything from Groupon think twice about it. Their delivery is not as stated on their website, which is false advertising and their service is really bad.
