This is getting ridiculous Groupon, surely there is some legal ramification for customers not receiving their refunds.
You took my money immediately, didnt deliver on the deal and now i cannot get my money back.
I have been given reasons, excuses and just bluntly ignored by your staff.
Please contact me immediately and organise the refund as legally obliged by you!
