Purchased a voucher in the beginning of December for a wash and blow and haircut, waited till January and started phoning as i received nothing. End of January they told me i need to request a refund since i paid but they never gave me a voucher (i asked why, since it was an EFT on the day the deal opened..operator said she does not know it just shows they did not buy the voucher). The refund then took basically 2 months to be paid in my account. Meanwhile i received vouchers for 2 presents and kept phoning for delivery, one week they ordering stock and the other they say its on its way, the presents were purchased in December for Christmas and i kept calling after 2 weeks.

Today i called and they told me that i need to get a refund as they are out of stock. I asked the lady if there's no one that i can speak to she said no, i complained since they never notified the person who bought the present that she should request a refund... were they just going to keep the money? how can you let some one wait 2 months for something and then never tell that person that there will not be a delivery.

Very dissapointed Never ever using groupon again! very bad service
