Lost out due to incompitence

Bought and paid for a treatment through groupon in april.
One day before my treatment was scheduled i saw that the voucher was not valid.
DUE TO GROUPON NOT "SETTELING" THE MONEY.
called and complained and was sent an automative email to which i have to send through proof of payment.
Was told that i should check an hour after i received an email stating my refund had been credited.
this was done on Friday the 31/05/2013 not 3 days later still no refund in my account.
Disgusted.

I want my money back today!!!
