Refund nowehere to be seen

I bought a Whiskey Stones voucher on the 13th of December.. After trying to reach the supplier from the beginning of December, phoning every day and emailing, i realised something was wrong. i called the call centre, and was simply told they cant be reached, i'll get a refund. I received an email from Chantal stating that she is putting the refund through. This was the 14th of January. I followed up last week, asking when the refund will take place. No reply. I tried to call the Call Centre again but could not wait for another 80 calls before i spoke to someone.
When am i getting refunded???
