After all my correspondence- still no results!

Groupon SA responded to my first HelloPeter complaint by sending an email that my request has been received and they're working on it. Last week they said they would have my voucher or refund by the end of the week- I gave them some time, but now it's a week later and still nothing. Today I received an email from the customer service department asking what deal I require a refund with. However, I've sent 10 emails back and forth- how can they not know what the query is about. Point is- they have my money and I am sitting with emails saying that the problem is being addressed- it's been going on for 6 weeks and nothing has been done. Simply sending an email saying, "we got your query" is NOT enough. I don't want credit from them. They have my money, I want my order or my money back- simple as that.
