Haven't received my refund

I've purchased a product from Groupon in January and stated on voucher that product will be devilered for free.
After a month (February) I query my product and they've told me that the product will be on it's way as they have to deliver nation wide.
On the 1st of March I phoned Groupon and was told that they'll have to refund me as there was a problem with product and that I will receive payment within a week. (If I didn't query it I would've know that there is a problem!)
I phoned Groupon again on the 8th of March as I still haven't received any payment.
Today, 12th of March I phoned again and for some reason they couldn't pick up any correspondence and my query was send to the refund department for the 2nd time!

This is poor service and I'm so unhappy!
I want my money back and will never make use of Groupon AGAIN!
