1 month later and still just empty promises!!!

On the 18th of February I tried to purchase a GroupGn voucher. The voucher did not go through on GroupOn's system and showed "failed" on my deals. Later that evening I received a proof of payment from my bank. I first thought the deal will only show once closed, but on the 25th still nothing showed. I phoned them (spoke to Zulfa), send through the proof of payment and waited... I received an email the 1st of March in which they asked if they can give me the money back in GroupOn credits (no option of getting the money back in cash), to which I responded and gave them the go ahead. But I'm still waiting! I phoned them again on the 18th of March and apparently the request was send through to the refund department AGAIN. It is the 25th and I have not received a single email to confirm this, after the lady promised me that before the end of that day I will receive confirmation of the request and my money back before the end of the week. They are so quick with the emails for daily specials and taking your money, but when it comes to giving money back they are useless.
Please solve the problem and stop replying with refund request ID's and empty promises.
