GrouponSA Johannesburg Steals From Their Customers

Approximately 2 months ago, I bought a deal from Groupon, and paid R345 for it (proof of payment - GRPZAR4FA62A). I never received the promised voucher to redeem the deal.

I tried numerous times to get the voucher - via their website's ticket line, and even by calling them. When I called them, I was told that the deal had been cancelled. I in turn told them that in that case, I expected a refund. The lady said she would pass it on the relevant department to process, but it's been more than a week and I have not heard anything. I then received a customer satisfaction survey asking for my feedback on their service. I rated it poorly and left a comment that if the money is not in my account within a few days, I will take the matter to.

They have still not responded to me, so I can safely assume that they have my money and have no intention to refund it to me.

I will not be buying from Groupon again, and I will advertise the fact that they their clients.

Apparently they responded to my last hellopeter complaint but I did not receive any emails. Please send it to my gmail email address, or call me.
