ONCE AGAIN GROUPON DISAPPOINTS!!

I ordered a Mellerware Modena Coffee Machine (with free Aqua Optima Water Filter jug) on 13.12.2012, which was eventually delivered without the water filter jug. Coffee Machine had an essential part missing, rendering it useless. Despite NUMEROUS (expensive) phone calls and emails (first one on 15.01.2013), to initiate a replacement coffee machine (and the elusive water filter jug), I am STILL awaiting a phone call/email/sms from GROUPON to at least explain why this product has not yet been collected/replaced. I have provided all the necessary details TWICE to 'CARMEN' AND STILL NO COURTESY CALL/EMAIL. This type of 'ignore and maybe they'll go away' atitude of GROUPON's staff needs to be addressed by management!
PLEASE WOULD SOMEONE JUST PROVIDE ME WITH THE GOODS I PAID FOR ON 13.12.2012!!! WITHOUT ME HAVING TO INCUR FURTHER COSTS IN TIME AND PHONE CALLS TO SORT THIS OUT!!!
