I placed an order for a watch on 31.01.13, i then received an email to say that thet had received my payment and I would receive the watch within 2 to 4 weeks, after 4 weeks i called and was told i would receive the goods by 07.03.13 i then arranged to have the order cancelled and refund to me, i received an email on the 01.03.13 toi say i will receive refund withion 3 to 5 working days to date this has not happened I called again today and was told that tyhe person dealing with my refund is off sick, so because she is off sick no one attends to her work, I demand that I get my refund today. I shall never recommend this company to anyone and shall broadcast what a useless company to deal with
