GROUPONSA hard to get a refund & a straight answe

I ordered a biofuel fireplace from groupon. I made the EFT with the correct bank details and the correct reference number sent to my email address on the 29 July 2013. I then waited for my item, it was not deliverered to me within the 2 weeks as mentioned on the groupon deal. I checked on my page as to the status of my order and it had said that I had not secured my order. I called in the call centre on this and queried the fact that I had placed an order and sent a proof of payment to the call centre agent I had spoken with. I received no feedback on this. I called again a few days later and a different consultant answered and reviewed my query, he asked for the proof of payment again and asked for my banking details, which I sent. A week later I called to query again about my refund and spoke to yet a different call centre agent who said to me that the refunds department had to review my information and would have my refund completed in 5-7 working days. I asked her to help me sort this as soon as possible and she ensured me that i would receive my refund. I waited a full week and now called the centre and the agent told me my query was never escalated. Will I ever get my Refund?
