Unacceptable service

Placed an order for over R3526.23 for two watches as christmas presents on 3 December 2012. Delivery was due by Christmas. Three days prior to Christmas an email was sent out that the supplier was unable to adhere to the order.
Watch Central indicated that they would communicate when delivery would take place. Towards the end of January, I contacted Watch Central to make enquiries surrounding the shipment, they had still not received the goods and one item was out of stock and had to be cancelled. I subsequently cancelled the whole order and requested a refund.
Two weeks later the one watch that they did have in stock was delivered to me - I refused delivery.
To date Watch Central keeps on promising on a weekly basis to refund my money but to date no payment has been received.
