I paid last year for a massage voucher direct to Groupon. It was for Sara Spa. I then called Sara Spa to make a booking, i was then told the first booking available was in March. I then booked. The only way i could book was by giving my voucher number. Closer to the time i called to confirm and i was then told by Sara Spa that they have closed down and i must request a refund. I have called several times to Groupon with regards to my refund. Speaking to different agents, all of them told me the same thing, that i am loaded and the payment was done. Payment done to who? I did not receive any payments. I was also told i would receive a mail from them with regards to my call, nothing till date. I have purchased so many holidays etc with Groupon, now for a refund i have a problem. If you tell me i will receive my refund on a certain date, then it needs to be paid. Booking online and making a payment and then receiving a voucher is simple and we dont deal with any individual. All is computer generated. Now i am dealing with people and the service is shocking. All your calls are recorded so that will tell you how many times i called your offices. Last person i spoke to was Junaid.
