I bought and paid for an item from them on 08/02/2013. After not getting any feedback when it will be available I requested the order to be cancelled on 28/02/2013. To date their response was pathetic and I still do not have my refund, They did say that they will cancel my order and give a credit, but with the service being so bad I just want my money back.
