Need a refund

Groupon confirmed they received my order. I done EFT. Week later still no coupon received??? When my wife called they said order never went through??? Now they want to credit my account but I want a refund as my experiences with Groupon have shattered my confidence in them. Please can somebody assist in getting the money back to my bank account. Surely that cannot be too much to ask.
