Groupon doesn't deliver on packages or promises

After 2 months of waiting for a Christmas present to arrive (ordered on the 12th of Dec) I have phoned groupon over 5 times (that I actually waited long enough for someone to answer), sent numerous emails. After my last Hello Peter rant, I got a response, saying: Please allow 7-14 working days for payment, collection and delivery to take place. I waited, only to be let down AGAIN. The next email: As per our conversation I have spoken to the logistics department regarding your order and they have confirmed that you will receive delivery of this package within 10 working days. That was OVER 10 working days ago.
You have taken my money and I have not received anything in over 2 months. I am pretty sure there is a law about that. Isn't it called? Not to mention looking bad on my part for a Christmas present never received.
UNACCEPTABLE. I am pulling out my hair. There is nothing I can do from my side, just wait for empty promises to be unfulfilled. How many more working days until it gets here? 14... 20... 100. Absolute rubbish.
