Groupon that got cancelled and got no refund

Bought a groupon voucher for a massage day experience for myself and wife but when i tried making a reservation the dealer said the groupons were cancelled. She gave me a lady to contact at groupon called Dorothy. Called dorothy and she confirmed it and said she will put me through to refunds, after holding on for 30 minutes i got cut off and then called them back. I then spoke to someone else who did not believe me and said they need to investigate and then they will get back to me. Its been a whole week and still no contact. Groupon is quick to take your money for deals that never happen but yet take forever to respond or refund. This is the 3rd time groupon has done this!!!
