No response again from support

Since my last report on 16 Jan 2013 and Groupon's immediate response I haven't received any new reply from them. I logged an issue #650321 with them, but received no response. Later I logged a complained on Hellopeter which they immediately responded to with a request for how to proceed. I responded but since then received no response again. Seems the only way to get hold of Groupon support is through Hellopeter.
